Russian Digital Cooperation
In the context of implementing Human Resources for the Digital Economy federal project within the scope of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation nationwide programme, Rossotrudnichestvo implements projects aimed at attracting talented foreign nationals to study and work in Russia, as well as at training digital competences for teachers.
The digital economy is not a distinct industry but, in fact, a life style and a new foundation for developing the public administration system, economy, business, social sphere and the society in general. Setting up the digital economy is a matter of Russia's national security and independence, as well as a matter of competition for domestic companies.

Participants of Rossotrudnichestvo's projects include the leading Russian universities and companies, such as the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, IBS Group, Physicon and many others.

The projects are intended to develop competences of teachers, children and students in the following digital economy areas: cybersecurity, blockchain, VR, neurotechnology, artificial intelligence and big data analytics.

The activities cover CIS, European and Asian countries.

A digital environment with the use of virtual laboratories, quizes and creative contests to provide for international cooperation of school and university students, and young specialists in implementing creative and academic projects.

The digital environment will be available in 2020.
Project goal: development of the socio-professional orientation and self-determination of students.
Tasks of the project:
support for the science and engineering education
creation of a system of professional selection and support for gifted children and talented youth, including foreign ones, in engineering disciplines

Exhibition visitors and participants will discuss the key global trends of digital economy, prospects of interactive technologies, practical use and social significance of digitalization of public processes.

The leading Russian universities participate in Russian Digital Cooperation in Universities international exhibitions and present their key digital economy projects and programmes to the foreign public. In 2019, such exhibitions were hosted by the Russian centres for science and culture in Belgrade (Serbia) and Ankara (Turkey).

In 2020, exhibitions are scheduled to be held in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Tirana (Albania).
Project goal: representing digital economy educational programmes and prospective projects abroad, sharing experiences between institutions of higher education, attracting talented foreign students to study in Russia, promoting the Russian system of higher education overseas.

Russia-Work is a multilingual portal that allows the job seeker to find his dream job in Russian companies around the world, and select the most talented personnel for the employer.

The system of job hunting and employment for talented foreign nationals with companies of the Russian digital economy sector was developed by Russia's leading IT company IBS under the auspices of Rossotrudichestvo as part of the Human Resources for the Digital Economy federal project within the scope of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation nationwide programme.

Russian market leaders, such as Lukoil, Gazprom, Russian Railways, Rosatom, have already got to know the system and are ready for collaboration.

The job hunting system for talented foreigners will be launched until late 2020.
Project goal: increasing the number of talented foreign nationals employed by Russian companies on account of improving the interaction process in the context of employment.

The worldwide digital economy academic competition will be held on the resources of the Stepik educational online platform.

Target audience: bachelor's degree and master's degree students taking educational programmes in information and communications technologies.

Registration for the Olympics will be available in September 2020.
Project goal: support for talented foreign students studying information and communications technologies for them to be educated and to potentially work in Russia.
Topics of assignments include:

- neurotechnology and artificial intelligence;
- distributed ledger systems;
- quantum technology;
- new manufacturing processes;
- industrial internet;
- robotic and sensitive components;
- wireless communications technology;
- virtual and augmented reality technologies;
- data science;
- big data.

Master classes in engineering topics. The project agenda is intended both for children and for their parents. Interactive programme aimed at completing engineering tasks in the form of a thrilling quest.

Project goals: teaching digital and engineering competences while playing for Russian-speaking junior school students living abroad.
3D modelling master class.
Topics: additive technologies and use of 3D pens.
Master class in circuit engineering.
Topics: effect of electric signals and working with boards.
Augmented reality (AR) and the option of using mobile applications.
Topics: use of QR codes and tablets by kids to complete tasks.
