ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO'S PROJECTS FOR 2020
Projects implemented as part of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national programme
In the context of implementing Human Resources for the Digital Economy federal project within the scope of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation nationwide programme, Rossotrudnichestvo implements projects aimed at attracting talented foreign nationals to study and work in Russia, as well as at training digital competences for teachers.
The digital economy is not a distinct industry but, in fact, a life style and a new foundation for developing the public administration system, economy, business, social sphere and the society in general. Setting up the digital economy is a matter of Russia's national security and independence, as well as a matter of competition for domestic companies.

Participants of Rossotrudnichestvo's projects include the leading Russian universities and companies, such as the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, IBS Group, Physicon and many others.

The projects are intended to develop competences of teachers, children and students in the following digital economy areas: cybersecurity, blockchain, VR, neurotechnology, artificial intelligence and big data analytics.

The activities cover CIS, European and Asian countries.

HUMAN RESOURCES FOR THE DIGITAL ECONOMY VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
Practices presented at the exposition include 11 projects implemented under the Rossotrudnichestvo's grant programme, and 2 projects implemented under public contracts of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation nationwide programme.
Project goal: promotion and integration of the best practices acquired under the Human Resources for the Digital Economy federal project.

ADVANCED DIGITAL ECONOMY TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR TEACHERS OF RUSSIAN SCHOOLS ABROAD
Project goals: training teachers of Russian schools abroad to master digital competences, diagnostics of the level of digital literacy of teachers.
TRAINING
PROGRAMME
Career enhancement programmes comprised of a set of modular training courses, each matching the teaching professional competence the proficiency in which was tested during diagnostics, will be set up on the basis of diagnostics results for the teachers who completed the test and free-of-charge training will be offered on such.

The training will take place in the classroom and remote formats from 1 April 2020 until 1 June 2020.

After the training, all attendees who have successfully completed the course and passed the final attestation will be provided with career enhancement certificates.

STUDY IN RUSSIA! EDUCATIONAL PORTAL
The educational portal for school leavers of certain CIS and far abroad countries will be launched in 2020.

Project goals: strengthening the prestige of Russian digital education, attracting foreigners to study at Russian universities and to subsequently work in Russia in a wide range of professions.
«Knowledge Cloud»
Knowledge Cloud is an online platform that will help incorporate digital educational resources into your classroom activities. The digital content is diverse and comes in a variety of formats, including interactive presentations, virtual laboratory research projects, state exam simulators, activities for self-guided learning.

Users will have access to digital content for grades 9 to 11 in all school subjects, including materials for state exams and the Russian as a Foreign Language course.

The Knowledge Cloud helps teachers create individual learning paths for students by assigning both theoretical material and various interactive activities (tests, self-guided learning and laboratory work) to students. In turn, students can also control their learning paths depending on their individual needs, interests and level of knowledge, and do the activities at their own pace.

All information is saved to the Cloud, which means that students can study when and where they want to and switch between their devices at school and at home.

SECOND HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING FOR THE DIGITAL ECONOMY INTERNATIONAL TEACHER TRAINING CONFERENCE
The 2nd Human Resources Training for the Digital Economy international teaching conference will bring together hundreds of teachersworking at Russian schools all over the world. This is becoming possible owing to digital technologies that are capturing increasingly more place in our lives.

The international conference takes place
on 17 September in Moscow.

The project is aimed at collecting and promoting the established practices and tools of the human resources training for the digital economy.

You may participate in the conference both in the online and in the offline modes. Irrespective of their location, the participants will be able to join the online broadcasting in one of the formats or, for instance, become an active participant by gathering a team for the Digithon. Access all the activities via a web portal.

KNOWLEDGE UP!
The Knowledge Up! international contest is held for teachers working abroad in the following subject matters: Mathematics, Computer Science and Technology (in Russian), as well as Russian as a Foreign Language, with the use of digital academic complexes, learning simulators, exercisers and virtual laboratories.

The final of the competition will be held in autumn 2020 in Moscow.
Project goals: professional interaction, exchange of experience and knowledge.
The contest is held in two stages:

I stage – qualifying round, held in foreign states.
II stage – finals, held in the intramural format between I stage winners in the Russian Federation (Moscow).

NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AT SCHOOL EXHIBITION
International exhibitions New Digital Technologies in Schools, 2019.
In the context of the nationwide programme Digital Economy of the Russian Federation, Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation Research and Educational Centre of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University jointly with Rossotrudnichestvo holds international exhibitions New Digital Technologies in Schools that enable its participants to get to know:

1. technologies of VR and AR, AI and the industrial internet of things,
2. the use of platforms for assigning electronic homework,
3. the use of e-book readers and digital content, networking and virtual laboratories.

In 2020 International exhibitions will be held in two countries: Belgium and Bulgaria.
Demonstration of new Russian digital technologies in schools by holding an integrated international exhibition and establishment of partner ties with foreign educational systems at various levels (educational governing bodies, schools, and teachers).
