Why should teachers participate in pedagogy conferences?
A pedagogy conference is not about raising your level of education, it is rather a platform for sharing your theories with the teaching community and testing your ideasin practice.
What are the benefits of participation ina pedagogy conference? Firstly, it is an opportunity to stay informed about the latest scientific and practical problems of pedagogy without being directly involved in scientific work or focused on particular areas. Secondly, it is a platform for testing your own ideas, discussing them with the professional community and identifying weaknesses that require improving. Thirdly, participation in a pedagogy conference is a huge driver for your professional growth and will help develop public speaking and discussion skills. And this is not a complete list of benefits. If nothing else, a pedagogy conference is one of the most effective networking tools for building and maintaining contacts with other teachers.
